What exactly is your coaching program and what does it include?
Each coaching program is tailored specifically to you and is very fluid, moving with your needs and desires and where you are at in your life right this minute. We will generally cover the following subjects:
Where you’re at right now – what’s working for you, what’s not and how you can make minor improvements to make your life better right away.
What you really want – this is the exciting bit. How would you love your life to be? What do you want to be doing? Where? What can you do right now to move towards that life?
Loving yourself – this is the most important one of all. Imagine if you had someone who treated you as a precious jewel, looked after you, supported you, believed in you…now imagine that person is looking back at you in the mirror every morning. It’s the greatest gift you can give.
Getting to know you – learning your stress points, triggers and trip-wires. This also covers getting to know your soul, learning about your guidance and how you like to access it.
Better life tools – things that will help make your life better on a day by day by day basis.
Joyful life – living a joyful life. Not just when you have everything you want (because there’s always ‘just one more thing’!), but living a joyful IMPERFECT life.
In addition to these categories, you will have access to the tools, tips, resources and ideas I have been using with clients since 2002.
