| Every single person on the planet and every single Consciousness in the Universe has the same experience of being here and having a desire to be there. In other words, it is the promise of this eternal Universe… You’re always, always, always going to be on your way to something more—always. And when you relax and accept that, and stop beating up on yourself for not being someplace that you’re not, and instead, start embracing where you are while you keep your eye on where you’re going—now life becomes really, really, really fun.

FDA Approves Depressant Drug For …
Video: FDA Approves Depressant Drug For The Annoyingly Cheerful. This made me chuckle this week – at last, there may be some help for the irrepressibly happy, bouncy, cheerfully annoying people. Lol. They also mention some natural remedies, so if you want to de-cheer yourself without the use of pharmaceuticals you can.

Love Is Never Wasted

Love is never wasted, love never goes away. You might stop feeling loving feelings for someone, but the love you shared has gone into the love energy pool of the world. Never regret past love, never hold back your love, but send it out into the world knowing that love given is always a beautiful thing, no matter what happens to the relationship.

The Brick
I found this story in my e-mail while I was doing a mail clutter clearout this morning. You know why this story came to you today.
THE BRICK
A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag’s side door! He slammed on the brakes and backed the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown.
The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up against a parked car shouting, “What was that all about and who are you? Just what the heck are you doing? That’s a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?”
The young boy was apologetic. “Please, mister…please, I’m sorry but I didn’t know what else to do,” He pleaded. “I threw the brick because no one else would stop….” With tears dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just around a parked car. “It’s my brother, “he said “He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can’t lift him up.”
Now sobbing, the boy asked the stunned executive, “Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He’s hurt and he’s too heavy for me.”
Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took out a linen handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything was going to be okay. “Thank you and may God bless you,” the grateful child told the stranger. Too shook up for words, the man simply watched the boy! push his wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk toward their home.
It was a long, slow walk back to the Jaguar. The damage was very noticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair the dented side door. He kept the dent there to remind him of this message: “Don’t go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention!” God whispers in our souls and speaks to our hearts. Sometimes when we don’t have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us. It’s our choice to listen or not.
Thought for the Day:
If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.
If He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.
He sends you flowers every spring.
He sends you a sunrise every morning Face it, friend – He is crazy about you!

Is “The Flow” Your Travelling Companion?
Do you know the phrase “going with the flow”? What does it mean to you to “go with the flow”? Are you going with the flow as much as you would like to? To me, going with the flow means taking the path that’s in front of me, instead of trying to hack through the undergrowth at the side of the path. It means letting life be easy, and instead of trying to force things to happen, allow them to happen in their own time.
This does not mean that I do not have desires and ideas of my own, but that I am not attached to a certain desire being met NOW or a certain idea coming to fruition NOW. Over the years I’ve been coaching, I’ve noticed that the happiest moments of our lives are when we are going with the flow instead of trying to swim against the tide. People who are ‘going with the flow’ are relaxed, easy-going, enjoying whatever comes up while they are pursuing what they desire.
The Flow is a wonderful travelling companion – go with it, and it will lead you to your best life, faster than you could go alone. Oh, and you’ll also enjoy the journey far more…unless you like to be stressed, lost, fed up, struggling, fighting, walking uphill through treacle, doing it the hard way.

Video: Pay Attention to Your Guidance
Video: How does your guidance come to you? EG Bruce Almighty – the signs are everywhere, and hugely obvious but Bruce cannot see them because he is looking for God to speak in a different way. Someone could be talking to someone else, but their words are also for your ears. How do you know? I have come to realise that there is a little thrill in my heart when I recognise some guidance for me, but in the beginning I just had to take on faith that the things that caught my attention were part of my guidance system. It is rare that the sky will brighten, and a message will be boomed out by a bearded bloke. More often it is more subtle – a throwaway comment from someone, an article you come across, a thought that just won’t go away! How does your guidance speak to you? Leave me a comment and let me know.

Let the World Be Generous To You

Receiving is an act of generosity. You know how good it feels to give, right? Whether it’s a heartfelt compliment, a gift or your time, the act of generosity gives us pleasure. Make sure you are allowing the other people in your life to feel this pleasure by giving to you – don’t keep all that good generosity feeling to yourself!

OnTheBeach – Revealing Your Natural Radiance
Imagine this: a person radiating warmth, effervescence, joy, delight. A person glittering, incandescently shining with brilliance. A sparkling example of the stunning beauty of the human soul. Now imagine your face on that radiant body. For some of you, that might be exactly how you appear to the world on a normal day. For most of us, incandescence is something we save for special occasions, good days, in my case, summer!
But that inner radiance doesn’t go away just because we are moping about the lack of sunlight, cold, rain and bitter winds. It just gets covered up by a few layers. Perhaps one of those layers is the fact that you don’t realise your inner radiance. I’m here to tell you that we ALL have an inner radiance. We are all bursting with effervescence. Sadly from the time we are very small, many of us have that brilliance criticised – for being too giggly, disruptive, or chattering too much.
Then as life goes on, we try to extinguish our own light by being less than supportive to ourselves, getting stressed and not taking care of ourselves. The good news is that it is impossible to extinguish that inner radiance, but you may need to take off some metaphorical layers to reveal it. Yes, I said metaphorical – running around in the buff is not what I mean by revealing your natural radiance.
Can you imagine if your friends and family all took off those metaphorical layers to reveal their brilliance? You will have seen them shining, joyful, sparkling at some point in their lives, but perhaps they are not now? What a difference it would make to our world if we were surrounded by people who radiated their inner beauty on a regular basis – what a beautiful thing that would be.
It starts with you. It starts with you recognising your brilliance…even if you only see a tiny bit of the wonder of you, that’s a start. And it continues with you opening up to shine, and knowing that in doing so, your friends and family will bask in the warmth of your radiance. They will be encouraged to shine, because you shine. The darkness in your world can be lit by your light and your love – will you rise to the challenge and reveal your natural radiance?
Something to play with
How radiant are you feeling on a scale of 1-10? What could you do to increase that level of radiance by 1 point in the next week? Do it.

In Honour of Friday 13th
As it’s Friday 13th, I decided to look for something fun about this allegedly unlucky day. I’m not normally a big fan of horror flicks – I much prefer laughing to being scared. Anyway, YouTube to the rescue, I found this edited version of a Friday 13th scene…which had me laughing out loud. i will never see a chase scene in the same light again! Enjoy!
Happy Friday!

What You Think of Me is None Of My Business
February 12, 2009 by Donna

I just had coffee with a friend this afternoon (and home made shortbread…mmmmmmm) and we were talking about a Bryon Katie-ism “What you think of me is none of my business”. I just LOVE this particular idea – it really speaks of the truth of the matter that, as much as we would like to, we cannot control the thoughts of another. And although we all liked to be liked, we cannot make another person like us.
To accept the truth that what you think of me is none of my business requires self confidence. Not arrogance ‘I don’t care what you think’, but confidence that whatever someone else thinks of you is a result of their thoughts, their life, their experience…not your business. Imagine how your life would change if you lived this truth that what another person thinks of you is none of your business.
They will think what they think, regardless of your feelings and thoughts about it. So let them think what they think, and only concentrate on ‘what do I think of me?’ Because ultimately just as what others think of you is none of your business, what you think of you is only your business! Let me know your thoughts on this – leave me a comment.
